In order to train your crafting skills, you'll need to find the right vendor that sells items within the right level of your skills. Each faction has it's own locations which may or may not have the items on sale at the moment you check them. Make sure to always return to the vendors as their stock changes from time to time.
Exotic items below crafting level 45 can be ONLY found in the Wasteland as Loot, always check high level items with Reverse Engineering to see their Crafting Discipline requirment.
